  • Basic Hygiene Products
  • Journal or Notebook
  • Sketchbook & Art Supplies
  • Other Books or Devotionals
  • Driver’s License or State-Issued ID
  • Some Cash or Credit Card
  • Health Insurance Card
  • Medical Records
  • Any Other Necessary Documents
  • Any Prescriptions for Medications

Be sure to let your rehab center know of any prescribed medications you are taking ahead of time.
