9 - Attitude of Gratitude: Why you need an attitude change to stay sober
In this episode we discuss the importance of gratitude and why we need to have an abundance of it to maintain our sobriety.
Gratitude is not hard to get, but it is hard to keep. There is work involved with keeping it at the forefront of your heart.
Generally when someone is sober for a while, gratitude is the first thing to go when they get on the road to relapse. Which is why it is important to do things daily to remind yourself of how grateful you are! Gratitude and resentment cannot live in the same mind.
